Temperance is a Level 4 Master Orton-Gillingham Instructor and holds a master's degree in reading from Wilmington College. She is a certified structured literacy specialist and is a licensed intervention specialist. She believes that all children, with the appropriate instruction, can reach their full potential.

Tonya Myers
Tonya holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Cedarville University and is an experienced classroom teacher. She is Orton-Gillingham certified by the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education and has training in OG's comprehensive, intermediate and advanced methodologies.

Stephanie Pennix
Stephanie is a certified Orton-Gillingham tutor who works with students virtually. She is a certified preK-3 teacher with 11 years teaching experience in the classroom, nine years teacher Kindergarten and two years teaching first grade.

Terri is an elementary educator with more than 20 years experience. She holds a master's degree in education and a K-12 reading endorsement from Miami University. She received her Orton-Gillingham certification from the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education.

Psychologist
Randy Shipley, MS. ED.
Randy is a school psychologist certified through the Ohio Dept. of Education and licensed through the Ohio Board of Psychology (#SP228). He has more than 35 years of experience working in public and private schools in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas. He has maintained a private practice for nearly 20 years, specializing in the assessment of specific learning disorders including dyslexia.

Hali Werner
Hali holds a bachelor degree in elementary education from Indiana University. She holds a Reading Level 1 license addition, focused on teaching literacy to students at the elementary level. She is an experienced educator with intensive Orton-Gillingham training. Her passion is helping students to sharpen their reading skills and close gaps.

OT/Sensory Integration Services
Jennifer Sekela
Jennifer has been a practicing occupational therapist since 2002 with a focus in pediatrics and sensory integration since 2011. She received a bachelor's of science degree in occupational therapy from Wayne State University and is working with SE2 to service Jon Peterson Scholarship recipients. She has worked for six years in the public school setting, and comes to SE2 to better serve students' overall needs in an environment that better supports therapy based on the sensory integration framework. She specializes in sensory integration therapy, therapeutic listening, the Tummy Time method, cranial sacral therapy and has 100+ hours of training in the area of pediatric feeding, OMD and tethered oral issues.

Cali
Cali is a Golden Retriever and is in charge of supporting students and cheering on their successes. Cali has been working as a therapy dog at Sensation Education 2 for several months and has intensive training from Off Leash K9 Training Center.
